3. Qualification Process

Access to SoftVibe's services is subject to a qualification process. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications based on our internal criteria. Qualification decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis. Pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per qualified lead depending on your plan and requirements. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement upon qualification approval.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet your specified criteria and have been verified through our AI scoring system. Lead quality is determined by factors including engagement level, demographic match, and conversion probability.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during the application process
• Using leads in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Promptly reporting any unauthorized use of their account

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Odessa, Texas.
